		<description>Don&#039;t assume that just because you know one agency expects 6% of the sale price that every agency in town expects 6%.  Commission is NOT set by local rules, regulations or whatever.  In the area where I live, we&#039;ve a dozen agencies and half a dozen commissions.  My broker had a policy that if it was a high priced property, the commission percentage was less than it was on a lesser priced property.  We&#039;re talking the difference between $400,000 and $90,000 priced homes.  Anyway, just call around.  Explain that you are a potential seller and you are shopping for the best deal.  Also, if you get an agency that charges 3% instead of %6, don&#039;t expect less from that agency.  3%, 6%, 10%, you still deserve 110% dedication from your agent!&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Real estate sales associate for 9 yrs</description>
