Can i take some ones MLS and post it on Craiglist?

i heard that its allowed, if i can , do i use realestate by broker. i want to post a house.. just wondering if allowed , thanx

It is only allowed if both the broker and the agent give you permission. They literally own the listing. You need to provide their contact information, not any one elses.

You may if you clearly list who is the listing company/agent/ect. You can state that you are a buyer’s rep.

You need permission from the listing broker. If you don’t have permission then it is not allow. Yes, you would need to post it under for sale by broker (if its in the MLS its being listed by an agent/broker).
