My future goal is one of self duplication. I know that success without a successor is failure and I am committed to empowering those who share my belief that they must produce someone or others to carry on the task of educating others. I do however recognize that in my pursuit of developing others, there will be those who share the same conviction that they have a responsibility to cultivate others. The wonderful feature about my current and future goal is that they will not be accomplished in years rather they can only be accomplished in a lifetime. How do you feel about that?
